The lack of a structure capable of integrating administrative, scientific, financial, operational and legal information from the different units to support Fiocruz's strategic decisions led the institution to request Dargains' services to support the design and implementation of a Fiocruz Corporate Portal able to address the information management goals.
The portal should also offer an overview of the fields of knowledge and performance of Fiocruz in each of its specialties through the dynamization of the institution's planning and management decision-making processes, the dissemination of information to different audiences and, mainly, the creation and maintenance of intellectual capital, fundamental to the institution's excellence.
Project Summary
Assistance and management of Fiocruz's Institutional Portal Implementation project, involving the integration of various institutions and multidisciplinary teams. Some of the services provided to complete the project: IT consulting, knowledge management, strategic consulting, requirements management and communications planning.
