Dargains was invited by the consortium to organize and coordinate the work of the different teams involved with the shipyard revitalization and ship construction projects. The consortium faced challenges such as:

  • Heterogeneous teams with different cultures and levels of knowledge
  • Baixo nível de integração entre as equipes
  • Project scope definition issues
  • Undefined roles and responsibilities
  • Strategic and administrative support structure not implemented

Project Summary

Development and management of the revitalization projects for the Ishibras shipyard and the construction of eight AFRAMAX and PANAMAX ships. The work included procedural, tooling and methodological support in project management for the team of engineers in charge.
