Change Management

Assessment & Diagnosis

Find out when your company should conduct an assessment of the need and feasibility of implementing organizational change

Change Assessment

When proposing a successful program, carefully examine the desired change, the corporate environment and your level of influence.

The first step is to analyze the change itself considering your company's organizational environment, regardless of the size, impact or type (cultural, structural, strategic or optimization-oriented) of change.

Most change initiatives fail for lack of this analysis, causing problems later. This work is recommended when leaders and managers need to know the reasons, organizational capacity and the intended results of the change.

Our consultants can help your team analyze and convincingly answer the following questions:

  • What doesn't work or needs to change?
  • Why should I change?
  • When is the best time to change?
  • Am I able to withstand this change?
  • What is the expected result with this change?

SCOPE

HOW WE WORK

Our change assessment service includes a comprehensive examination of the change itself and the organization's characteristics considering risks and possible impacts on business performance.

As a result, we deliver an accurate and consensus diagnosis that will serve as a basis for the change planning phase, including the following assessments:

01.

CONTEXT OF CHANGE

At the beginning of any relevant change, it is critical to understand the characteristics of the change itself.

In this assessment we examine the type of change, the external environment, the need and urgency, the scope, and the number of people impacted.

Our consultants work to develop a shared vision of the scope of the envisioned change.

02.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

At this stage, we understand the unique characteristics of the company in order to verify the alignment of these attributes with the change initiative.

We assess the components of culture, leadership styles, communication flow, and constraints such as resources, systems, processes, routines, policies, and technologies used.

This allows us to understand the company's strengths and weaknesses in relation to change and identify employees who are capable and willing to lead and sustain the change.
