Globo's Supply Department asked Dargains to support the process of implementing a new project management methodology.
Through the development of pilot projects, carried out by internal teams at DISUP – Globo TV, and accompanied by a senior consultant from Dargains, it was possible to successfully absorb and consolidate the new project management model in the various areas of the organization.
Project Summary
Development of project management methodology for GLOBO's Purchasing and Supply sectors. The work included the consultancy's participation in several critical and operational systems documentation diagnostic projects, in addition to managing the Media Archive Expansion Project, with training of the teams involved.
