Dargains and PUC-RIO have established a program of scientific, technological and cultural cooperation and exchange.

The consultancy was responsible for elaborating the institutional research infrastructure development plan of PUC-Rio to be submitted to FINEP.

Knowledge and skills assessment techniques, human and material resources, postgraduate and research activities, determination of budgets, goals and performance indicators, prioritization of areas and actions in science and technology were employed during the work.
