In 2008, an agreement was signed with the French government to enable the manufacture in Brazil of conventional submarines,
and the first one with nuclear propulsion, which constituted the highest priority of the Navy's Re-equipment Program.
For the construction of the submarines, a company called Itaguaí Naval Shipbuilding (ICN) was created. The company asked DARGAINS for all the
organization and modeling work of the company's processes, including the development of models and standards to be used in different departments.
Project Summary
Organizational restructuring and development of ICN's business processes, including the training of multipliers and the dissemination of a process management culture in the company.
