The signing of the BRICLOG purchase intention contract by Wilson Sons established the immediate need to organize and structure the various work fronts that composed the company's incorporation process by BRASCO.
Given the need for an integrated management of these fronts, BRASCO asked DARGAINS to prepare a work plan and status reports for the activities and the responsibles for guiding the conduct of actions related to the incorporation process.
