The rapid expansion of its network of gyms, added to the growth projection for the coming years, established the need to implement a solution capable of:
guide the integrated management of projects for the opening of new units;
organize and standardize the processes and activities involved in expansion projects;
increase visibility of project critical points;
improve communication between teams and stakeholders;
mitigate the incidence of unforeseen handling of projects in board meetings; and
increase the success rate of opening new units within the estimated time and costs for the projects.
Considering the objectives and the urgency of implementing the solution, SELFIT asked DARGAINS for support to adapt and implement a PM methodology aligned with the
business needs and capable of being implemented within an estimated period of two months.
